Terms & Conditions – Schooled Kickstarter Pledge Manager
By finalizing your pledge, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Pledge Confirmation:
You are confirming your reward selection and providing accurate shipping information. Please double-check your details before submitting, as incorrect addresses may lead to additional costs or undeliverable rewards.

Payment & Charges:
Shipping fees and will be calculated and collected through this pledge manager. All payments are final once submitted.

Estimated Delivery:
We aim to begin shipping rewards around mid-2025 (currently projected for mid July). However, this is an estimate and may be subject to change due to unforeseen production, shipping, or global logistics challenges. We will keep you updated on any significant changes.

Tariffs & Customs:
For backers in the United States, please note that recent changes to import tariffs on goods from China may impact final delivery costs. We are actively working on solutions to minimize the impact but cannot guarantee full exemption from additional fees imposed by customs or carriers.

Missing or Damaged Items:
We will do our best to ensure every backer receives a complete and high-quality reward. If you receive a damaged or incomplete product, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or resolution.

Non-Responsive Backers:
Backers who do not complete the pledge manager within the posted deadline may forfeit their right to claim rewards, or may be subject to delayed or unfulfilled shipping.

Refunds:
As per Kickstarter’s terms, pledges are considered contributions to help bring a project to life and are not traditional pre-orders. Once collected, funds are allocated toward production and fulfillment, and refunds may not be available.
