After the campaign ends, we plan to use a pledge manager to collect additional information from you. 

During the coming months we will contact you with the link for that pledge manager and you will be able to select your language there,  add additional items, and pay for shipping fees.

Please note that the provided shipping costs are estimates. The actual shipping fee will be calculated through the Pledge Manager and charged once the campaign is closer to fulfillment. Note that we will do everything in our power to keep the costs as low as possible, to the point of absorbing part of them where needed.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, we will be working with local hubs in the EU, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Asia. If you live in these zones, you will not have to pay additional customs fees, duties, or taxes upon the arrival of your pledge.

VAT for EU & UK backers will be charged through the Pledge Manager. VAT will be calculated on the total cost of your order including shipping. Participating UK retailers will also be charged 20% VAT, while EU retailers with a valid VAT number will benefit from the reverse charge scheme.

Group Pledges: You can also pledge as a group by manually adding the amount for additional rewards during the campaign. Group pledges qualify for discounted shipping, with the exact discount calculated and charged in the Pledge Manager. By pledging as a group, you can expect to save between 20-40% on the shipping costs for additional pledges.
