Lucya back with an update on Shallow Sea! 

Summer’s rolling in fast, and we hope you’re all finding some time to enjoy the sunshine. Over at Bad Comet HQ, we’ve been hard at work coordinating freight shipments, monitoring customs timelines, and making sure everything is on track to get your pledges into your hands as soon as possible. 🐠

Without further ado, shall we dive into the latest details?

🧭 Final Call: Lock Your Address by June 18th

The time has come to confirm and lock in your addresses! To ensure smooth delivery, please finalize your shipping address by June 18th. (UK and EU backers have until June 30th.)

If you need to make any changes, reach out to us via email support@badcomet.co with the following:

- Full Name

- Pledge Number OR Email Associated with Pledge

- Updated Address

    - City, State/Province

    - Postal Code

    - Country

- Phone Number

After this date, all addresses will be locked and shared with our regional fulfillment partners.

🌍 Shipping & Fulfillment Timeline

We’re moving full force, and all shipments are now at sea! Here’s a rundown of each region and what to expect in the coming months:

🌏 Asia (VFI)

Our trusted partner VFI is navigating fulfillment across Asia. Once the cargo anchors at their main hub in China, it’s transferred to regional partner hubs in each country. From there, the final leg of the voyage begins, delivering your game straight to your doorstep. Because of this multi-port route, ETAs may vary depending on your location.

One thing to keep in mind: VFI waits until they’ve filled an entire shipping container before setting sail to each local hub. So actual arrival dates may drift a little from the estimates shown above. We appreciate your patience as the tide brings your pledge closer!

You can follow the progress of each status hub via [VFI’s regional hub tracker](https://vfi.asia/hubs/). While Shallow Sea isn’t listed just yet, it should appear later this month, so keep an eye out!

🇦🇺 Australia & New Zealand (Aetherworks)

- Vessel:CMA CGM ETOSHA (Voyage 236S)

Our AU-bound vessel, CMA CGM ETOSHA, recently passed Taiwan and is full steam ahead toward Sydney. She’s expected to dock around June 23rd, with individual fulfillment charted to begin in mid-July.

 🇨🇦 Canada (via VFI)

This year, Canadian fulfillment is sailing out through **VFI**, with goods bound for the Canadian warehouse by the 30th of this month. The shipment is expected to dock around August 5th, with individual fulfillment estimated for late August!

Keep in mind that VFI waits until they’ve filled an entire shipping container before setting sail to each local hub, so actual arrival dates may drift slightly from our estimates. But don’t worry, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way!

🇺🇸 United States (Gamerati)

- Vessel: KUALA LUMPUR EXPRESS (Voyage 521E)

Land ho! The shipment has officially docked in the United States. We’re aiming for everything to be settled into the warehouse by the end of June, so individual fulfillment can begin rolling out in August.

Though the vessel has arrived and we expect everything to be delivered to Gamerati’s warehouse by June 29th, Gamerati is currently handling fulfillment for another Kickstarter project, therefore, shipments for *Shallow Sea* are expected to begin as soon as that project is completed.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom (Spiral Galaxy)

- Vessel: APL LION CITY (Voyage 0FMJSW1MA)

APL LION CITY has made her way through Malaysia and is expected to reach UK shores by July 21st. If the seas remain calm, we’re hoping individual fulfillment will begin sometime in August.

📬 Spiral Galaxy will email you to confirm your address, so be sure to keep your spyglass pointed toward your inbox in the coming months.

 🇬🇷 EU & ROTW (Aegean)

- Vessel: COSCO SHIPPING PISCES (Voyage 029W)

All pledges for both the EU and Rest of the World (ROTW) regions will be shipped out from Greece. Our mighty ship, COSCO SHIPPING PISCES, has charted past Hong Kong and is making steady waves toward Greece. She’s expected to anchor at port around July 20th

We haven’t received a confirmed start date for individual fulfillment in the EU yet, but we’ll share updates as soon as we get word from the shore.

📬 Aegean will be sending out an email to verify addresses or collect any final changes, so stay tuned as we sail closer to that date.

💙 A Sincere Thank You

In our last update, we shared a difficult situation and let you know that one of the most helpful ways to support us was by picking up our Card Sleeves.

As of June 15th, the additional order window has officially closed, and we just want to say, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Many of you showed us incredible kindness and generosity by ordering extra sleeves, not only from the U.S. but from all around the world. It was truly moving to see backers from every region step in to support our small team during this tough moment. Your support didn’t just help ease the financial strain, it lifted our spirits more than we can express. 😊
