Red Tides: A Tale of New Caribbea is a strategic 1-4 player co-op pirate game.
Scour the wild ocean for juicy merchants to plunder, build your ship up from a leaky dinghy into a floating palace of destruction, and learn devastating tactics of naval warfare!
Work together to take down the Pirate King John Davies and his fearsome Pirate Lords to free New Caribbea!
You will Captain your ship to defeat foes in naval combat. Each turn players choose to Hunt the High Seas to get new cannons, gold, and upgrade crew or Go To Port to repair, upgrade your ship, and hire more crew.
In naval combat you attempt to outmaneuver your foe for tactical advantage, and then exchange volley fire until one side is defeated. You defeat a ship when it has no Hull Points remaining or win a Boarding Challenge. When you defeat a foe you get cannons, gold, special abilities, and additional Fate Dice. You use this plunder to take on tougher challenges and, eventually, the Pirate King John Davies.
