Pandamonium

Pandamonium is a chaotic card drafting game where you bribe the Panda Lords to win their favour. It plays 3-6 players and takes 30-60mins.

With card drafting and set collection mechanics, Pandamonium is a great lightweight game. It entices new players to the table while also containing enough strategy and chance to engage the more hardcore gamers, with both coming back for more.

Gather your tribute and bribe your way to victory by gaining the favour of as many of the Panda Lords and Usurpers as you can. But don't get too comfortable with your hand it won't be yours for long!

Far from the glory days of its youth, the Pandapire’s strength is fading. Different factions vie for power from within and invaders encroach its borders. Fellow aspirants come from far and wide to gain influence with the various Panda Lords and Usurpers. In the power struggle that ensues will you come out on top?

In Pandamonium, you will bribe the Panda lords and Usurpers, to secure your place of influence within the Pandapire. Select your Tributes wisely and navigate the chaos of the Pandamonium Cards to ensure that when the dust settles your influence survives.

We love top-notch components. We don’t love nebulous marketing stretch goals to get them. Pandamonium will come in the best possible quality straight away from our initial funding Goal. So, you don’t need to worry about reaching artificial stretch goals and getting a less premium game. There's a retail tier and some add-ons you can toss in your cart, but beyond that we're aiming to keep things as streamlined as possible.

Everything you expect from stretch goals in the base pledge; Magnetic Box, Ivory Core Cards, Spot UV, Linen Finish, Gold Foiling (Deluxe Edition). All from a trusted high-end manufacturer Panda GM (Pandamonium by Panda - it was destiny!).

Pandamonium is quick to set up and learn. Played over 4 rounds of card drafting.

Set up: Randomly choose a Tier Board - this will determine the set-up order of the Panda Lords and Usurpers - as well as the starting player of the game. Remove Honey Pots from the Tribute Card deck.

Deal out 7 Tribute Cards to each player.

Flip the top Pandamonium Card and read aloud the instructions.

Players perform the actions on the Pandamonium Card simultaneously, whilst collecting Tribute Tokens in turn order.

Flip the next Pandamonium Card and repeat these steps until players hands are empty.

Once player hands are empty, the end of round breakdown begins. Move all Tribute Tokens off your cards into your stash in front of you. In order of the Tier Board, players now bribe the Panda Lords and Usurpers.

Each Panda Lord and Usurper has a different requirement for earning their Favour.

After bribery, the round is over. A new starting player is determined. 7 Tribute Cards are dealt out again and the next round starts.

Repeat for a total of 4 rounds. At the end of the 4th round the winner in the player with the most unique Favour Tiles - Refer to the Tier Board to break ties.

Once the Pledge manager closes it is crucial to confirm your details promptly after our notification. If updates aren’t confirmed within eight weeks, we’ll assume we have fulfilled our commitment. If things go awry my brother and I remain available to resolve any issues that might arise later.

My brother and I anticipated US upping tariffs though it is an unfortunate situation we are hoping it passes before the game in on the seas. We are currently not pushing that cost onto the US customer. Thank you for believing in us and supporting us get off the ground!

Kickstarter is not an online shop. Therefore, we want to make you aware of the inherent risks of crowdfunding. It is our goal to provide you with the best game possible and to create a satisfying product for you and us. Making a board game is a complex and time consuming task. Every image you have seen on the campaign is from our prototype copies. Minor changes can happen before the game arrives at your door. Especially in these uncertain times we cannot guarantee that no delays will happen along the delivery line, but we promise to never compromise on quality.

By supporting us on Kickstarter you support our independent creative endeavours and we promise to reward you with a fun game. You can track our changes and work in progress by following us on IG and other social media sites or by having a look at our blog. We will always keep you up to date about any decisions or changes along the way and are always glad to hear your feedback.

We are well prepared for providing you with a game that you will love, for three reasons:

1) Complete Artwork - We have finished all of our artwork. The game will come with the artwork you can see all over social media already. Only small changes in the graphic design might happen.

2) Limited Options - We haven’t gone over the top with a million stretch goals and add ons or rewards tiers to complicate pledges. Due to the fact there is only 2 Core products (Standard & Deluxe) and 2 optional Add Ons (Metal Directional Coin & Pandeeple Pouch) this greatly decreases the complexity of fulfilment. Minimising chance of orders being mixed up or missing components.

3) Homework - We did extensive research and consultation with our manufacturing and Shipping partners to estimate this process well. We are using an awesome Pledge manager with international experience and many campaign fulfillments under their belt. In the worst-case scenario, we would rather delay the delivery before compromising on your game experience.

While we believe we’ve thought about every detail to make this campaign a success, there are things beyond our control over which we have no influence, such as delays in overseas shipment and products being held up at customs. We'll do our best to eliminate these risks, and we promise to keep you posted about progress, difficulties and delays (if there is any) in a timely manner. We are working with seasoned professionals to aid us in doing our best to make fulfilment for this campaign as smooth as possible.
