Introduction

Legends of the Arena is a fast-paced brawling board game for 2–6 players (1-6 with solo expansion), inspired by fighting games like Super Smash Bros. Choose your Legend, read your opponents, and knock them out of the Arena to win!

How to play

Enter the Arena as a unique Legend, armed with powerful abilities. Coordinate your skills to build a strategy and anticipate your opponents’ moves. Select three action cards, reveal them simultaneously to execute your plan, then repeat. No lead is safe, and no comeback is impossible!

The team

We’re Brian and Michael Toth - brothers, lifelong gamers, and the team behind Toth Games. We’ve played hundreds of games together, and we’ve always chased the moments that make games unforgettable: clutch plays, tense standoffs, and laughter when everything goes sideways.

In 2017, we set out to bring the intensity of team fights and the chaos of free-for-alls from digital games to the tabletop. After countless iterations - and starting over from scratch more than once - we finally created Legends of the Arena: a fast-paced, high-energy board game that captures the experience of duking it out with controllers on the couch. We love simultaneous play, mechanics that connect deeply with theme, and games that keep everyone engaged until the very end.

Shipping

Friendly shipping means for the above countries, customs fees and import taxes will not be charged to backers in these locations. However, VAT, Sales Tax, and GST will be applied at your local rate in these and all other regions. Shipping will be calculated after the campaign in the pledge manager, based on your location and pledge. For our local legends we will have Bay Area California pickup options in the pledge manager!

The rates shown below are our best current estimates and may be subject to change due to carrier adjustments before fulfillment.

Important: we are unable to ship to Russia, Ukraine, Afghanistan, Belarus, Iran, Iraq, Turkey, Syria, Central America, and South America (except for Brazil). Due to high rates of lost packages in Pakistan and Nigeria, we will not re-send games to those countries if packages go missing. Israel may have additional fees due to dangerous handling being imposed by couriers to the region.

And for our US backers - no matter what happens with tariffs between now and fulfillment, we’ll absorb any US tariff costs so they will never be passed on to you.

This estimated timeline reflects our plan to deliver Legends of the Arena in July 2026.
We’re partnering with experienced industry professionals to minimize risks, and we’ve built in extra buffer time to handle the unexpected. While we’ll work hard to stay on schedule, unforeseen events could still require adjustments along the way.
