Land Ho! - Fulfillment Update #1 - Local Pick Up 4/19

Kraken Skulls has arrived in the USA and has been officially released to us after passing additional unexpected clearances. These clearances took a little over a week before we could go see our inventory in person. Thankfully, all is well!

Now, fulfillment news:

Local Pick-Up Party is 4/19 @ 6-9 PM

We are going to host a local pick-up party at Board to Beers on Friday, April 19th from 6-9 pm. Any backers who wish to pick up their copy of Kraken Skulls are welcome to come at any time and pick it up! We'll have more details to announce, but we want to support our local game store. So, anyone who purchases an additional copy of the game or a sticker sheet will receive a free beer "on us". Then they can play games at Board to Beers and enjoy their full collection with a purchase of their day pass! We'll also have two new game prototypes to demo at the event, Holiday Hills and Vector.

The best way to know more details about the pick-up party is to follow us on Facebook and Instagram. If you can't make the pick-up party, please get in touch with one of the CCG team members and we'll coordinate. You can also email us at team@chriscouchgaming.com.

International Backers

We will be self-shipping your games to you via FedEx. This was the best way for us to get the best shipping rate to you. These will likely be packed starting April 20th, and then shipping will progress from there. Notifications should come from our Pledge Manager, Hive, with shipping info.

All USA backers

Our remaining backers will be receiving their games once the fulfillment center has picked up our games from the storage facility. There are a few steps to this process, and since we didn't have clearances to check our inventory, we lost about a week's worth of time. We're working hard to get all the scheduling done so fulfillment can start ASAP!! We will be sending updates as often as needed to communicate as thoroughly as possible regarding any specific dates. 

Custom Cards

We want to make sure you get your games ASAP. So, you might receive your game before your custom cards. If that becomes the case, then we will send you additional shipping information via the Pledge Manager and/or email so you can know how and when to expect part of your pledge. Art is steadily going out for approval.

Raffle winners

If you won a raffle, congrats! You might receive your raffle winning separately from your game, or they might arrive together. We will be notifying you, but we are prioritizing the games as we know those are most important.
