Welcome to Medieval Iberia where you will play as either a Christian king or a Muslim emir vying to build the greatest kingdom on the peninsula.

A player's turn takes place over four simple steps:

Step 1:  Review your politics, then collect your income.

Step 2:  Use your income to purchase projects/abilities, buy mercenaries, and play courtiers, adding them to your court.

Step 3:  Move your armies to fortify or conquer new regions.

Step 4:  Engage in battle.  Win if you have more soldiers than the defense.  Then subdue the population and raise your income if you have soldiers equal to the region's demographics.

Play continues until a player reaches the required number of flags or a player acquires two wonders.

Fulfillment is Underway

That's right, fulfillment is underway!

If you are in the US, all the games were delivered to our home last week and we have started fulfilling orders.  We are sending your tracking numbers through Hive (the pledge manager), so look for those emails.  I anticipate it taking us around 2.5 weeks to fulfill all the orders.

If you are outside the US, Zatu also received their products last week.  They are getting everything set up in their system and should be starting to fulfill orders this week.  My understanding is you will also recieve a tracking email once the label is made.

If you are a backer who opted to pick-up your game in Arizona, we are still sending out invites to our launch party, so if you haven't received yours yet, be on the look out for an invite from Evite.  If you were not able to pick-up your game at the launch party, I know who you are, so will be in touch regarding those alternative pick-ups.

My hope is that all games will be making their way to backers within the next 2 to 2.5 weeks.

I realize that we are a month behind my prediction of a September delivery, so want to thank you for your patience as we get the games to you.
