If you need to contact us regarding any issues with your pledge or your copy after it arrives, the best way to do it is by using Hive Pledge Manager and adding a ticket there. The process is straightforward:

Go to Hegemonic Project Games on Hive Pledge Manager.

Click on the "Message" button.

It will then ask you to Login or Signup for an account.

When you finish the process, it will prompt you to open a ticket on our Customer Support System.

Follow the on-screen instructions.
