Please note that the provided shipping costs are estimates. The actual shipping fee will be calculated through the Backerkit pledge manager and charged once the campaign is closer to fulfillment.
To ensure a smooth delivery process, we will be working with local hubs in the EU, UK, US, and Asia. Depending on the number of supporters in Australia and Canada we may opt to use local hubs in those regions. If you live in these zones, you will not have to pay additional customs fees, duties or taxes upon the arrival of your pledge.
VAT for EU & UK residents will be charged through the BackerKit pledge manager. VAT will be calculated on the total cost of your order including shipping. Participating UK retailers will also be charged 20% VAT, while EU retailers with a valid VAT number will benefit from the reverse charge scheme.
Delivery Update #9, Localized Versions News & UKGE Aftermath

It’s time for another update on the latest news on English and Localized Versions of the game we all love, Hegemony!
Delivery Update & Customer Support
The previous weeks saw the end of the delivery of all English copies from our Kickstarter campaign, and as per our latest information, everyone has received their order!
We do understand however that some issues might rise, especially since many different parties are involved (partners, post offices, transports, couriers). Thus, if you need to contact us regarding any issues with your pledge or your copy after it arrived, the best way to do it is by using Hive Pledge Manager and adding a ticket there.
The process is very simple:
Log in to the Hive Pledge Manager.
Click on the Hegemony project.
Click on the Contact Support button.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
While we will also be monitoring KS messages and support emails, the best way to contact us if you need anything (and the one that will guarantee the quickest response from our team) is the one above.
Localized Versions
The production of the localized Versions has been fully completed, after getting the final approvals from each respective partner!
Our partners have had the opportunity to examine the copies in detail and check their quality, giving us the green light to proceed with the assembly. We did just that and now all copies have been assembled. Arrangements have also been made for the copies to be picked up so they can be shipped by boat to each partner.
We will release another update as soon as the games are actually shipped with an estimation on when the ships will reach their destination.
UK GAMES EXPO Aftermath
Our last update was released just a few days before the start of UK Games Expo 2023 in Birmingham. At this point, we would like to say a big thank you to everyone who joined us at the Expo, including our awesome explainers.
It has been an amazing experience, with physical copies of the game being sold out from day one, and hundreds of people coming to our booth to show their support and learn about Hegemony!
Last but not least, at the end of the Expo we teamed up with the UK National Kidney Federation, for an auction on the last available copy we had, with all the proceeds going to those in-need.
