🛳 Update from September / Fulfillment is in progress

Hello, shepherds! 🐑 The moment we've all been waiting for is finally here: Aridnyk’s fulfillment process is in full swing!

After payment delays, production hold-ups and a merch journey that took far longer than expected, fulfillment has finally begun! Thank you for sticking with us. It's more than important moment for us and for boardova as a studio. 

Some of you already have the game on your table, and in the coming weeks more and more regions will join them. Here's everything you need to know about the actual stage.

🚢 Important note about two waves of shipping

Shipping the merch (comics, socks and pins) from Ukraine took longer than we expected, and it also brought some additional legal and customs delays along with it. We didn't want everyone to wait because of that, so we decided to ship in waves:

Wave 1 — for backers who ordered only the game and expansions (individually or all three, including Festivities).

Wave 2 — for backers whose orders include merch (comic, pins, socks). These will follow a little later.

In some regions the merch has already arrived, so there everything will ship in a single wave (see below). As always, we'll keep you posted here on every step.

We want to be honest with you about this decision. Many of you chose merch pledges because you wanted to support Aridnyk even more, and now you'll receive your orders later than others. That doesn't feel fair, and we're genuinely sorry about it. It's quite possible that Aridnyk will appear in retail before Wave 2 backers receive their pledges. We didn't make this choice lightly. 

As a beginning Ukrainian studio, we need to ship at least part of the pledges now and get the game into stores to keep going as a publisher. We know this isn't fair to those of you who chose merch pledges to support us even more, and it's possible the game will reach retail before your pledges do. Your support means the world to us, and we'll get your pledges to you as soon as we can.

🇨🇦 Canada 

Wave 1 has shipped: 76 parcels have already been sent to Canadian backers via Canada Post, and we know that some of you have already received your games. Hooray! 🎉Share your first impressions in the comments.

We also know that backers received their orders without the Festivities expansion, even though it was on the packing lists. Honestly, we were quite shocked by this ourselves. We've already sorted it out with our partners: the missing Festivities copies will be sent to you as separate deliveries, and you won't have to pay anything extra.

🇺🇸 US, incl. South America

The games will arrive at the Diamond Comics warehouse by September 25th, and Wave 1 (orders without merch) will start shipping right after that.

🇦🇺🇳🇿 Australia / New Zealand 

Good news here: the merch has already arrived, so all orders in this zone will ship in a single wave, with games and merch together.

🌏 APAC (VFI)

The merch has already arrived here too, so all orders will also ship in a single wave.

Orders are currently in consolidation. Orders to China and Hong Kong will ship by regular courier, while other countries will receive their games as palletised ocean freight, so delivery may take a few weeks. To be fully transparent: we're a bit concerned about how long VFI is taking to process the orders. We're doing everything on our side to speed things up and will update you as soon as we have exact dates.

🇬🇧🇪🇺 UK / EU (Spiral Galaxy)

The games will arrive at the warehouse by the end of September, and shipping will begin in early October. We're planning two waves here: first orders without merch, then orders with merch.

🇺🇦 Ukraine (Nova Post Ukraine)

As expected, the games will arrive at the end of October, so in that time we will begin shipping.

🎲 See you at SPIEL Essen 2026!

Some good news! We'll be at SPIEL Essen on October 22–25 with our games. Find us at Stand 3.P200! We hope that by then most of you will already have Aridnyk at home, and we'd be truly happy to meet you in person, hear your stories from the first games and just say hi. Come by! 🐑

We know how long you've been waiting, and we know that shipping in waves means some of you will have to wait a little longer. We're doing everything we can to get every single box to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and your support.
