Shipping

We will use Pledge Manager to manage pledges, shipping costs, taxes, and fulfillment via global shipping hubs. Due to fluctuating rates, shipping payments will be collected separately, closer to fulfillment, based on actual costs.

Timeline:

1. 2–4 weeks after the campaign ends: We'll email you a link to Pledge Manager to confirm your pledge and add optional items.

2. 4–6 weeks before shipping: We'll email again with instructions to pay shipping fees, taxes, and duties.

Shipping estimates below are approximate and exclude optional items. Exact charges (shipping, sales tax, VAT) depend on your location and order details, clearly shown in Pledge Manager before final confirmation.

Orders will ship from hubs in the US, EU and UK. Other regions ship from the nearest hub (US, UK, or Asia).

We DON'T SHIP TO Iran, russia, belarus, Venezuela, Afghanistan, or Cuba.

Delivery is guaranteed only for pledges confirmed in Pledge Manager by specified deadlines. Unconfirmed pledges will not be fulfilled.
