Are you a Backer?
We provide only Pledge Manager services to the creators. For security reasons we do not have access to your pledge and are not allowed to make changes to any of your information.

If you need to make changes to your pledge, request a replacement, report a missing item, or have questions about a specific campaign, please follow the steps below:

Step 2: Find your pledge and click the button "View Details"
Step 3: Inside your pledge information, find the button "Contact Creator" and use it to submit a ticket to the creator.

You will be able to monitor the status of your request through our system, and you will be notified immediately via email for every change.
