Refunds
Throughout the duration of the Kickstarter campaign, backers have the opportunity to modify or cancel their pledges. Kickstarter will only collect funds once the campaign ends successfully.

If you wish to cancel your pledge after the campaign finishes, you may contact us at info@kinsonkeygames.com within 10 days of the end of the campaign to receive a full refund. If you miss this period, you may still request to cancel your pledge and receive a refund, however only 90% of your pledged amount will be refunded as the other 10% goes towards Kickstarter's fee and the payment processing fees. The final date for a pledge refund will be upon the closing of our pledge manager. All refunds will be reversed onto the credit card used when pledging during the campaign.
