Kickstarter Backers

If you backed Eldertide on Kickstarter, the process is straightforward. Your pledge is already securely linked to your email address.

Simply log in using the same email associated with your Kickstarter account, enter your shipping address, and the system will automatically calculate your shipping cost. Any applicable taxes for your region will also be shown at checkout.

If you did not back the project on Kickstarter and would like to join now, you may place a direct order through this page. In that case, both the product price and shipping cost will be paid together in a single checkout.

Kickstarterで『Eldertide』をご支援いただいた場合、手続きは非常にシンプルです。お客様のプレッジ（支援内容）は、すでにご登録のメールアドレスに安全に紐付けられています。

Kickstarterアカウントと同じメールアドレスを使用してログインし、配送先住所を入力してください。システムが自動的に送料を計算します。また、お住まいの地域に応じた税金もチェックアウト時に表示されます。

新規でご注文される皆様へ Kickstarterキャンペーン中に支援できなかった方で、今回新たに参加をご希望の場合は、このページから直接注文を行うことができます。その場合、商品代金と送料は一括での決済となります。

Founders Edition x Retail Edition

During our Kickstarter campaign, we offered 2 types of pledges: the Founders (deluxe) and the Retail version of the game. Due to overwhelming preference from backers for the deluxe version, we decided to only move forward with the deluxe version, and we will not manufacture the retail version. Backers who pledged for the retail version will have the option to upgrade to the Founders Edition for the Kickstarter discounted price, or to get a full refund for their pledge.

We are very sorry for the frustration this might cause.

Kickstarterキャンペーン中、弊社は「ファウンダーズ（デラックス）版」と「リテール版」の2種類のプレッジを用意していました。しかし、バッカーの皆様からデラックス版に対して圧倒的な支持をいただいたため、検討の結果、デラックス版のみを制作することに決定いたしました。それに伴い、リテール版の製造は行わないこととなりました。 リテール版をご支援いただいたバッカー様には、「ファウンダーズ・エディション」へKickstarter限定割引価格でアップグレードするか、あるいはプレッジの全額返金を受けるかを選択していただけます。 この変更によりご不便をおかけすることを深くお詫び申し上げます。

Language Options

All copies of Eldertide: A Thousand Lights are produced in English.

Backers in Japan will automatically receive an additional package containing a Japanese rulebook and player aid. No action is required on your part.

If you are located outside Japan and would like to receive the Japanese rulebook, please contact us through the form on this page, and we will assist you.

Retailer Pledge

During the Kickstarter campaign, retailer pledges were limited to one case of Eldertide, containing six units. In the Pledge Manager, retailers may now order multiple cases as needed.

The Kickstarter retail discounted price remains exclusive to the retailers who pledged during the campaign. Retailers who join now will see a small increase in the discounted price, reflecting the actual MSRP of the game.

Please note that completing your Retail Information in the Hive system is mandatory. If information about your physical retail store is not provided, your pledge will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

Kickstarterキャンペーン期間中、リテーラー向けプレッジは『Eldertide』1ケース（6個入り）に限定されていました。今回のプレッジマネージャーでは、必要に応じて複数ケースの注文が可能です。

Kickstarter限定の小売割引価格は、キャンペーン中に支援いただいたリテーラー様のみが対象となります。今回新しく参加されるリテーラー様には、実際の希望小売価格（MSRP）を反映した、キャンペーン時よりわずかに高い割引価格が適用されます。

なお、Hiveシステム上での「リテーラー情報」の入力は必須です。実在する店舗の情報が提供されない場合、プレッジはキャンセルされ、返金も行われませんのでご注意ください。

JISOGI: Anime Studio Tycoon Add-On

We are pleased to offer JISOGI: Anime Studio Tycoon – Edition 1.5 as an add-on to the Eldertide Pledge Manager.

Full details about this new edition are available on the JISOGI Kickstarter campaign page launching in February 2026. The Founders Edition of JISOGI is no longer in production; however, Edition 1.5 preserves all core deluxe components while introducing refined rules and updated components.

For backers who choose both Eldertide and JISOGI, delivery will be combined and shipped together, allowing you to save on shipping costs. The delivery of both campaigns will happen at the same time, between May and August 2026.

JISOGI Upgrade Pack for Founders Edition Owners

For players who already own the JISOGI Founders Edition, we are offering a dedicated Upgrade Pack that brings your game fully in line with Edition 1.5.

The price of the upgrade pack is 10 USD, to cover the printing and the international logistics costs. For Eldertide backers, this item will be shipped at no additional shipping cost.
