1) By pledging to this project, you acknowledge that the final art, materials, and contents of the product are subject to change and may differ from what is presented in this Kickstarter campaign.

2) We'll ask for your shipping information after the campaign via the pledge manager. If you do not log in to the pledge manager and confirm your pledge within 4 weeks of our notification, you agree that we have fulfilled our obligations to you in full for any payment or donations received. If you wish to confirm your pledge after the 4-week deadline, we may choose to either refund or ship your pledge at our discretion.

3) You agree that if your address is based in a country other than one that is specifically listed as “Friendly”, you are responsible for any and all additional charges, which may include but are not limited to paying customs tax, paying sales tax, confirming address information, etc.

4) If a product is shipped to the address provided by you in our Pledge Manager and the package is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of shipping to have the products shipped back out to you.


REFUNDS

a. If you'd like to request a refund of any kind before your item ships, you must make the request at least one full week (7 days) before the listed ship date. Be aware that, in order to account for the fee charged by Kickstarter, we can only offer a 90% refund at best.

b. Late Pledges & Retailers: Late Pledges and Retailers can receive full refunds(※note that applicable fees may be deducted based on the chosen payment method.) if requested before February 16th, 2024(PM Deadline). If the request is made after the 16th, after the PM closes, 10% in payment fees will be deducted from the refund requested.

c. Partial Refunds: In the event that partial cancellations are deemed necessary, backers are kindly instructed to adjust their orders accordingly and then reach out to us for refunds. Once the modified order is finalized, incorporating adjusted values for shipping fees, taxes, and other relevant factors, our team will proceed to process refunds. Please note that applicable fees may be deducted based on the chosen payment method.

d. Refunds AFTER shipment: If you'd like to request a refund after you receive the item and there are no defects with the product, you agree to be responsible for shipping it back to us and any and all charges this entails. After we receive the item and determine that it is in acceptable condition, we will offer you a 90% refund. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the date the item was delivered.

REPLACEMENTS

a. We will do our best to deliver games of the highest quality, but there may be instances out of our control where Backers may receive defective products. We are always happy to replace defective items, but we ask that replacement requests must be made within 3 months of the date the item was delivered. Replacement requests after the 3-month mark will incur a fee including component costs, shipping costs, and customs and/or duties if any. Therefore, we please ask that the product is thoroughly reviewed for abnormalities within 3 months of arrival.

※ PHOTOS ARE REQUIRED: Please send us clear photos of the components needing replacements. This is to ensure we are sending the exact product that needs replacement. For missing components or products, please send us a clear photo of everything that WAS received to ensure we can replace any other missing items we can spot.
For Box Damages, please include photos of the package box along with the shipping label.
