By pledging for Ascendice 2 through this pledge manager, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Pledge Confirmation and Payment
• All pledges must be confirmed and paid in full through this pledge manager. Your order will not be processed until payment is received.
• Pledge levels and any additional purchases are final once confirmed.

2. Shipping Information
• Shipping costs will be calculated and charged separately based on your location. Accurate shipping details must be provided to ensure successful delivery.
• The Shop of Many Things is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed parcels. Any additional fees incurred due to such circumstances will be the responsibility of the backer.

3. Delivery Timeline
• Estimated delivery timelines are projections and subject to change due to manufacturing, logistics, or unforeseen delays. Regular updates will be provided regarding production and shipping status.

4. Customs and Taxes
• International backers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply. These charges are not included in the pledge or shipping fees.

5. Refunds and Cancellations
• Refunds are available only during the campaign period or before the pledge manager closes. Once the pledge manager closes, all orders are considered final, and no refunds or cancellations will be processed.

6. Replacement Policy
• Damaged or defective items may be replaced at the discretion of The Shop of Many Things. Proof of damage (e.g., photos or videos) must be provided within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Replacements will be shipped free of charge where applicable, but additional shipping fees may apply for remote locations.

7. Intellectual Property
• All designs, images, and content related to Ascendice 2 are the intellectual property of The Shop of Many Things. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Changes to Terms
• The Shop of Many Things reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated through the pledge manager.
