SHIPPING
The world of shipping and logistics can be complex and unpredictable. There is a risk of delays, lost packages, or other shipping-related issues that could impact the delivery of the game to our backers. We will be partnering with reliable shipping companies and taking steps to mitigate these risks.
Shipping will be charged after the campaign in our Hive Pledge Manager. Shipping will need to be paid in full prior to the close of our Pledge Manager. VAT and other taxes will be charged in the pledge manager and are the responsibility of the customer.
OUR REFUND POLICY
Kickstarter will only collect funds once the campaign ends successfully.
We will refund your pledge within 7 days of the campaign’s end, including all fees associated with the campaign. After that period, we will refund your pledge minus all of the fees associated with the Kickstarter, handling fees, payment processing, and our pledge manager before your game delivers (typically around 10%). These fees cannot be recovered from Kickstarter/our pledge manager. The final date for a pledge refund will be upon the closing of our pledge manager.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It is the backer's responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address and to ensure it is deliverable by typical methods of shipping. Unfortunately WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES. Backers who have provided an expired address, a P.O. address, or incorrect addresses will be charged shipping a second time to get their game to them. You may request a refund instead. However the Kickstarter and pledge manager fees will not be refunded.
DINGS AND DENTS
While we do everything we can to avoid it, it is possible, in shipping your game, that the box might incur some minor dings and dents. While we understand that this is frustrating, due to the cost and environment impact of shipping empty boxes we will not be offering box replacements.
